2. How We Collect and Use Information

Information may be collected through our website, email, phone, text, booking or order systems, CloudSpot, Aryeo or similar platforms, payment processors, scheduling tools, gallery and tour platforms, social media, analytics tools, and direct communications.

We use information to respond to inquiries; prepare quotes; schedule and perform services; coordinate property access; create, edit, process, host, and deliver media; send invoices, agreements, releases, galleries, and service notices; process payments and orders; provide support; maintain records; improve our business; protect our rights and safety; and comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and regulatory obligations.

3. Photography, Property Images, and Likeness

As a photography and imaging business, we create, receive, store, edit, transmit, deliver, and sometimes archive media that may depict properties, interiors, possessions, people, employees, family members, or other identifiable subjects.

For headshots, portraits, and other identifiable-person photography, promotional use is governed by the applicable model release, booking terms, or other written or electronically verifiable consent.

For real-estate and property photography, our service terms may permit us to display final property images in our portfolio and business marketing unless the client and Photographer agree in writing to a confidentiality or property-use restriction.

4. Property Access Information

Clients may provide lockbox details, gate instructions, alarm information, occupancy details, or similar access information so we can perform a scheduled shoot. We use this information for operational purposes and disclose it only as reasonably necessary to personnel or contractors involved in the job.

Clients should avoid sending sensitive credentials through insecure channels when a safer option is available and should change temporary credentials after the appointment when appropriate.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party platforms or payment processors. We generally do not directly store complete payment-card numbers on our website. Those providers handle financial information under their own terms and privacy notices.

6. Third-Party Production and Hosting Services

We may use third-party providers to operate our business and complete projects, including website hosting, CloudSpot, Aryeo or similar order/delivery systems, payment processors, editing services, automated or AI-assisted image-processing tools, virtual-staging providers, Zillow, Matterport or comparable tour platforms, print labs, shipping carriers, cloud storage, email services, analytics providers, and independent contractors.

Images, property media, contact information, order details, or project information may be processed by those providers to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the requested service. Their handling of information is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Gallery, tour, and file availability may vary by service and platform. Matterport or comparable hosted tours may be deactivated or archived after the listing is sold, withdrawn, expires, or the included hosting term ends.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, but no website, email account, cloud service, gallery, booking system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website without appropriate parental or guardian involvement. Photography involving minors must be authorized as required by the applicable booking terms or release.

12. Your Choices

You may contact us to request correction, updating, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal, contractual, tax, accounting, archival, insurance, security, and legitimate business recordkeeping requirements. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using an available unsubscribe method or by contacting us.
