5. Client Galleries, Downloads, and Print Sales
We may use third-party platforms, including CloudSpot, to provide client galleries, image proofing, digital downloads, print ordering, payment collection, and related services. Your use of those platforms may be subject to their separate terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
Prints, albums, wall art, digital files, and other products may be offered through online galleries or third-party fulfillment partners. Product availability, pricing, sizes, finishes, shipping options, taxes, and fulfillment timelines may vary.
Because print products are custom-made, all print and product sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within a reasonable time after delivery so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate next step.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party labs, shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information, weather, supply shortages, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Booking Links, Forms, and Communications
